Traditional micro-grooving is a great technology with many benefits in terms of speed and capacity, but those using this technology still have many disadvantages. It causes a lot of disruption to the treated road and is difficult to restore. We took the same business method and turned it into something with the same benefits and more without the known disadvantages of traditional microchanneling. Instead of using a wheel with teeth, we use a diamond blade to grind the material and spin it at over 1000 rpm. The machine cuts up to 380mm deep and 28mm wide.<\/p>\n<p>Nextec&#8217;s docking methodology and channel size allow traffic to run smoothly and on open channels without interruption.
