External Mold Vibrator - With Clamp
Product Features

High-frequency electric vibrators are used in construction sites and prefabricated companies to obtain high-quality products (open concrete) with excellent aesthetic results and weather resistance. Vibration is transmitted to the concrete indirectly through the formwork or formwork.
External ones, like internal vibrators, are based on the principle of vibration produced by the rotation of an eccentric mass, initiated by a three-phase electric motor. The OLI series of external electric vibrators includes fixed frequency models, 3,000 and 6,000 vpm, and variable frequency models from 0 to 6,000 vpm.
Low speed vibration is mostly used in high density and unreacted concrete; because they allow rapid displacement of aggregates.
High velocity vibration (6,000 vmp) is recommended for low density concrete and applications where high surface quality is required. The variable frequency allows you to find the right vibration rate according to the concrete density to be processed. They are obviously more flexible than before.
OLI external electric vibrators are characterized by high operating efficiency and easy installation. Specially designed fastening devices (quick release clamps) reduce the time required for installation and repositioning.
This vibration system is recommended when: • High construction elements and narrow walls (partitions, columns, beams) will be compressed and it is difficult to vibrate with other systems. • The reinforcement density inside the body is high.

External Mold Vibrator - Pneumatic
Product Features
External pneumatic vibrators have no electrical parts. Via the air compressor they rotate the rotors at a very high speed (usually between 10,000 and 17,000 vpm), producing an omnidirectional circular vibration.
The optimum frequency varies depending on the size of the aggregates: low frequency (about 10,000 vpm) helps vibrate large granules, while high frequency (about 20,000 vpm) helps vibrate fines (sand, cement and others).
They are especially used in the construction of concrete sections for tunnels, viaducts and bridges.
Pneumatic vibrators offered by OLI have a robust and durable body in ductile iron. They are characterized by their compact size with high reliability and efficiency.
Just like electric vibrators, they can be bolted or attached to molds for easy movement or by means of quick-form clamps.
