The VACUUM DRY waste water extraction system quickly and simply removes cutting dust and particles from the joints during the cutting operation. The saw blade does not need to remove any additional material afterwards. This means that the machine works more efficiently. Extraction has a positive effect and also cools the saw blade.
Description
VACUUM-DRY 500
Quick and simple extension to the UNICUT 500 floor saw: Closed system mounted directly on the base saw and operated by a hydraulic interface to the machine.
It can be quickly and simply refitted or converted with suitable accessories, such as the special saw blade guard for dry sawing and flange cooling.
Simple emptying of chips and particles by rotating and changing the filter bag
Exhaust system automatically cleans filters during extraction
The clean, dry joint can be further processed (poured) immediately.
