Scope of Application

EWO high-frequency immersion vibrators with integrated converter are the ideal solution when the vibrator needs to be connected directly to the 230 V mains and do not need to be connected to a frequency converter.
The high compaction capacity allows the rapid removal of air bubbles trapped in the fresh concrete without any separation of the constituent elements. The result is homogeneous, durable and mechanically resistant concrete without cracks or voids. The wide range available meets all needs in both the private and civil engineering sectors.
Recommended for compaction of concrete in construction, eg on industrial floors, walls, columns and ceilings.

Features

The EWOs vibratory needle can reach 12,000 vpm, the power cord is 10 meters long and the flexible and internally reinforced shunting tube is 5 meters long.
The high centrifugal force is generated by a high-frequency electric motor integrated into the vibrating needle.
EWO vibrators are equipped with a small polyamide control panel (IP 66 protection) designed to withstand wear and protected by a reinforced gasket.
The electronic converter, complete with the switch, is integrated into the power supply cable and is housed in a robust, dust-sealed, waterproof (IP 66) aluminum case. It is protected against overload, over voltage, extreme temperatures and short circuits. An LED indicates correct operation or a malfunction with different colors corresponding to certain errors.
All electronic components are coated with resin to protect them from vibrations, moisture and shocks.
