Providing 20 to 26,000 kg centrifugal force with 2, 4, 6 or 8 poles, standard MVE External Electric Motovibrators are suitable for almost all industries for all types of vibration equipment. Motovibrators are single-phase, wood-phase or DC motor with ATEX ExII3D and ETL, Class II, Division 2 certificates in the presence of potentially combustible dust in hazardous environments.

Description
MVE External Electric Motovibrators consist of an electric motor housed in a robust FMEA design cast housing with eccentric weights attached to both shaft ends. MVE External Electric Motovibrators can be used as flow aids to improve material discharge, in hoppers or silos, or as drives in vibrating machines for a variety of purposes such as conveying, dredging, sizing or compaction in various industries. When the MVE is turned on, sinusoidal centrifugal force is provided by the rotation of the eccentric weights. With only one MVE attached to a vibrating machine, rotational force is provided and the machine is made to move circularly. Two counter-rotating MVEs installed in parallel on the same machine provide linear force resulting in linear motion of the machine. Circular or linear motion requirement depends on the application.
